The Warren County Farmers Market celebrated the Opening Day of the 2019 season last Saturday! Thanks to our customers, it was a fantastic morning with music, new insulated bags available, water bottle give-ways, and lots of talking and laughing. It was wonderful to be back!
This Saturday is the Annual Spring Festival on the Courthouse Square! So come enjoy Warrenton for the day.
New items are bringing good conversation: Lemon squares, microgreens,boneless/skinless chicken thighs, bone-in/skin-on chicken thighs, drumsticks, and chicken hearts and feet to name just a few! This week we will have more new items: STRAWBERRIES, CUT SNAPDRAGONS, AND GREEN GLOGE ARTICHOKES, AND SWEET ALYSSUM!

- Our special monthly drawing began last week for a basket filled with local items. The name was drawn at the close of the market and the basket will be given this week to the WINNER - Ann Satterwhite!
- Visit the table at Clovermead Farm each week and see Devan to complete your ticket for the monthly drawing. You can fill out a ticket each week and you don't have to be present to win!
- Warren County Farmers Market recyclable bags are available once again! Bring a friend to get theirs!

- Shady Oaks 1812 - Local, fresh, pasture raised eggs of many colors fed locally grown, non-GMO chicken feed from Jeff Bender's farm in Afton. They enjoy grass and bugs and get all the sunshine they want. Hens are raised one mile from the market! As fresh as it gets!
- Taber Farms - Farm fresh brown eggs from chickens raised humanely in Afton, N.C.
