Our opening day for the 2022 season will be April 30th! We will resume our location at the Warren County Health Department at 544 West Ridgeway Street, Warrenton, NC. We look forward to seeing you there!!

2020 Market Postponed & COVID 19 Protocol

The Warren County Farmers Market was scheduled to open April 18, 2020 but will be postponing opening taking everyone's health and safety very seriously.

Farmers markets are classified as essential food sources, therefore, the market will open as soon as feasible since farmers fill a critical direct farm-to-consumer need. With careful planning, the market will open with a wider range of products than available early in the season. Even then, customers will see enhanced safety practices in place.

In the meantime, those on the email list will be receiving weekly emails form Danylu Hundley (and possibly more often) regarding other ways to access products from some of our vendors.

The Warren County Farmers Market celebrated the Opening Day of the 2019 season last Saturday! Thanks to our customers, it was a fantastic morning with music, new insulated bags available, water bottle give-ways, and lots of talking and laughing. It was wonderful to be back!

This Saturday is the Annual Spring Festival on the Courthouse Square! So come enjoy Warrenton for the day.

New items are bringing good conversation: Lemon squares, microgreens,boneless/skinless chicken thighs, bone-in/skin-on chicken thighs, drumsticks, and chicken hearts and feet to name just a few! This week we will have more new items: STRAWBERRIES, CUT SNAPDRAGONS, AND GREEN GLOGE ARTICHOKES, AND SWEET ALYSSUM!

You can expect these special happenings this week at the market for the 10th Anniversary.

We have a few more Warren County Farmers Market water bottles to be given out this Saturday.
Our special monthly drawing began last week for a basket filled with local items. The name was drawn at the close of the market and the basket will be given this week to the WINNER - Ann Satterwhite!
Visit the table at Clovermead Farm each week and see Devan to complete your ticket for the monthly drawing. You can fill out a ticket each week and you don't have to be present to win!

Customers can now purchase a Warren County Farmers Market insulated bag for $7.00 each. You can now make purchases without being concerned about your items getting warm!

Warren County Farmers Market recyclable bags are available once again! Bring a friend to get theirs!

Shady Oaks 1812 - Local, fresh, pasture raised eggs of many colors fed locally grown, non-GMO chicken feed from Jeff Bender's farm in Afton. They enjoy grass and bugs and get all the sunshine they want. Hens are raised one mile from the market! As fresh as it gets!
Taber Farms - Farm fresh brown eggs from chickens raised humanely in Afton, N.C.

Five Oaks Beef will have available: a variety of steaks, roasts, 100% beef sausage and premium ground beef. They will be offering samples of Mongolian Sirloin for you to taste. On SALE are New York Strip Steaks!
